Job summary

Headrise ABA in New Jersey is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy and help children build essential life skills. Earn $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus.

You will work with BCBA-developed plans, track progress through data, and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills while collaborating closely with families for consistent treatment. Part-time scheduling is available; prior ABA experience is not required, though RBT certification

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities:
