Headrise ABA is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to support a 3-year-old client in Toms River, NJ. This part-time role delivers in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA-developed plans and focuses on building essential life skills.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus; flexible scheduling is available, with evenings Monday through Thursday, and light local travel as needed. Join a supportive team with experienced BCBAs and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in Psychology a plus.
• ABA experience a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 3 year old boy

• Location: Toms River, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Thursday: 4:00PM- 7:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
  

Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities:
