Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy to a 3-year-old in Pleasantville, New Jersey. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will follow BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families to reinforce skills in communication, socialization, and daily living. RBT certification is preferred, and ability to travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

• Location: Pleasantville, New Jersey
