Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy to a four-year-old in New Jersey. The role is part-time, with Monday–Friday 4:00PM–7:00PM and some weekends, at an hourly rate of $18–$25 and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Support from experienced BCBAs helps you grow professionally while making a real impact. The position emphasizes data-driven progress tracking and collaboration with families to ensure consistent treatment and skill-building in communication,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 4 year old boy

• Location: New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM, Weekends

Behavior Technician Qualifications
