Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is an ABA therapy provider delivering in-home, 1:1 therapy to children with Autism ages 1–21. Therapists work under supervision of a BCBA and receive ongoing trainings and support.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions, collecting and analyzing data, coordinating with program staff, and communicating daily activities to parents and guardians. A strong commitment to growth and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications.
• Ability to work in team or independently depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

About Succeed ABA

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs).The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $19.00- $30.00 per hour.Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

What is an ABA Therapist - Behavior Therapist

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

What you need
