Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Phoenix is hiring Behavior Therapists and BTs to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement interventions, collect data, and communicate progress with families.

We offer a supportive team, structured trainings, and a competitive hourly rate of $18.00–$27.00, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow. Ideal candidates have ABA experience, strong communication in English, reliable transportation, and willingness

Qualifications

• ABA experience with children or adolescents.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and other trainings.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $27.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

What you need:

• Must have ABA experience
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
