Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists and BTs for in-home 1:1 ABA therapy with children and adolescents. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will use prompting and reinforcement to help clients build skills for greater independence.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification as required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Data collection, analysis and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.
• Provide feedback to families regarding daily activities of the client.

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Behavior Technicians (BTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each BT, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $27.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

What you need:

• Must have ABA experience
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
