Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy, a provider of in-home ABA services for children with Autism, is hiring both Experienced and Entry-Level Behavior Therapists and BTs in Buckeye, AZ. You will deliver 1:1 ABA interventions under BCBA supervision and help clients develop practical skills for independence.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and other required trainings.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Teamwork and/or ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. What you need:

• Must have ABA experience
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
