Qualifications

• 8+ years of combat operations experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• MCISD/SAT-E certification necessary.
• BSTEX facilitation experience is essential.
• Watch Officer/Watch Chief familiarization preferred.
• Expertise in scenario development and performance evaluation required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational orders and develop training packages.
• Plan and execute BSTEX events and produce required documentation.
• Man Response Cells during exercises and conduct necessary drills.
• Deliver various training sessions and maintain performance checklist.
• Record and analyze After Action Reviews (AARs).
• Recommend changes based on lessons learned.
• Integrate scenario complexity across functions.
