Job summary

A defense contracting firm is looking for a full-time BSTEX Instructor / Response Cell Specialist in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of combat operations experience, an active Secret clearance, and MCISD/SAT-E certification. You'll be responsible for planning and executing Battle Staff Training Exercises (BSTEXs), analyzing operational orders, and conducting various drills and training events. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with expertise in scenario development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combat operations experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• MCISD/SAT-E certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational orders to develop MESLs and training packages.
• Plan and execute BSTEX events and produce relevant documentation.
• Conduct ROC drills and Combined Arms Rehearsals.
