Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems in San Diego seeks a BMD Tactical Operations SME to join the TTGP. The candidate will bring 6+ years of shipboard BMD watch-team training or recent BMD exercises and operations experience.

This on-site role supports TTGP events, mentors shipboard personnel, and instructors BMD courses during BMDEXs, FST, and LVC, advancing Navy capability with Live Virtual Training and Modeling & Simulation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of shipboard BMD watch-team training experience or recent BMD exercises/training/operations.
• Aegis BMD Watch Officer qualification.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Working on-site at TTGP during BMD events (BMDEXs, FST, and LVC), mentoring onboard/pier side during events and serving as classroom instructor for BMD courses held by TTGP.
