Job summary

Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Assistant Program Director for the BSN program. This role partners with the Program Director to oversee operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes, ensuring accreditation readiness and data-driven program improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration
• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (BRN)

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily operations of the BSN program, including student advisement and clinical education oversight
• Partner with the Program Director to ensure alignment with program goals, institutional priorities, and accreditation standards
• Monitor student performance, progression, and program outcomes
• Assist in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with BRN and institutional standards
• Support preparation of reports and communications with accrediting agencies
