Job summary

CSUMB invites applications for the position of BSN Program Director within the Montage Health Helen Baszucki School of Nursing. This role leads the development of CSUMB's first pre-licensure BSN program and oversees ADN-to-BSN and related pathways, collaborating with faculty, partners, and the School Chair to build a high-quality program.

The Director will coordinate curriculum development, BRN activities, scheduling, and student-success infrastructure, while aligning with community health

Qualifications

• MSN or higher from an accredited program with nursing, education, or administration focus.
• Active California RN license or RN license in another state with CA licensure before start date.
• Experience directing ADN-to-BSN or BSN programs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the pre-licensure BSN program in collaboration with School leadership and partners.
• Coordinate BRN approval processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster clinical, community, and college partnerships to expand pathways.
• Support student success, admissions, advising, and progression across BSN and ADN-to-BSN pathways.
• Teach nursing courses and contribute to curriculum development and program governance.
