Qualifications

• MSN or higher degree with nursing/education/administration coursework.
• Current California RN license or eligibility with CA licensure before start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the pre-licensure BSN program with School Chair, nursing faculty, college leadership, and community partners.
• Support curriculum development, course proposals, mapping, program outcomes, assessment plans, policies, and student progression for BSN and ADN-to-BSN programs.
• Assist in building program infrastructure including admissions, advising, student-success supports, clinical education systems, simulation labs, and onboarding of faculty.
• Coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments, clinical placements, and sequencing for ADN-to-BSN and pre-licensure BSN programs.
