Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse with a BSN to join our patient-centered care team in Illinois. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning with the care team. We value safe medication administration, strong communication, and continuous quality improvement.

The role requires an Illinois RN license, a BSN, and BLS. ADN graduates who commit to earning a BSN within three years are welcome.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and Illinois RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly.

• Collaborate with patient, family, and care team on discharge planning and referrals.
• Ensure safe medication administration and accurate bedside handoffs.
