Balderston Auto Group in Missouri seeks a full‑time team member to maintain vehicle inventory appearance, assist customers, and support dealership operations. This role emphasizes flexible schedules, weekend shifts, and a positive, can‑do attitude.

You will drive vehicles as needed, prepare buyer guides and tags, keep the lot organized, and participate in our industry‑leading training programs designed to develop staff from within.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Professional attitude and customer service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory appearance and vehicle visuals; replenish fluids; replace batteries as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly; move cars per GM directions and dealership standards.
• Drive vehicles to/from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and inventory vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
