Job summary

Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union seeks a detail oriented leader to join our Compliance & Deposit Operations team as Manager. This role oversees daily deposit operations, account openings, and internal audit activities to mitigate risk and protect our members.

As BSA/AML Officer, you will implement policies, manage CTR and SAR filings, and coordinate with auditors and regulators. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and lead investigations into potential fraud and security incidents

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience in compliance and operations.
• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications aligned with the role.
• Certified BSA/AML Specialist designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day deposit operations and account openings.
• Lead BSA/AML program and CTR/SAR filings with regulators.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulators on compliance matters.
• Conduct fraud investigations and provide staff training.
