Job summary

Civic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Vice President of Deposit Operations to lead all deposit-related activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth in member value. This role collaborates with multiple teams to align operations with strategic goals and deliver world-class service.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IRAs, HSAs and related products, a proven record of operational excellence, and the ability to manage vendor relationships and complex regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (minimum of 12 years) in financial services, including 7-9 years of management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IRAs, HSAs, and Coverdell ESAs and related regulations.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and regulatory compliance within contact center operations.
• Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Travel required on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Drive the operations vision, strategy and roadmap for deposits and related products.
• Supervise Operations Support and Deposit Operations staff to deliver efficient, compliant service.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and manage risks across daily deposit operations.
• Oversee item processing, exception handling, ACH, wires, bill pay and related services.
• Partner with product, engineering and project teams to deliver operations technologies and product deployments.
• Serve as primary liaison to third-party vendors and report to the Operations Management Committee.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
