Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC requirements.
• 2–4 years of compliance, risk, audit, or financial-crime experience.
• Familiarity with banking products and services (payments, e-commerce, fintech).
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance oversight reviews of business lines and third parties to assess adherence to laws and policy.
• Serve as a subject matter resource to ensure documents and processes align with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain line-of-business AML guidance and standards.
• Partner with business lines and third parties to implement AML initiatives and provide training and documentation.
• Provide advisory support to first line of defense and assist with issue resolution.
• Monitor third-party contractual obligations related to AML controls.
• Stay informed about AML regulatory developments and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
