Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of bank compliance, audit, or legal experience for Analyst I.
• 4+ years of bank compliance, audit, or legal experience for Analyst II.
• 5+ years for Senior Analyst; BSA experience preferred.
• 6+ years for Lead Analyst; BSA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement BSA/AML/OFAC program elements.
• Conduct BSA training for employees.
• Maintain BSA records and documentation.
• Support CIP, CDD/EDD, and risk-rating processes.
• Process SAR, CTR, and other regulatory filings as required.
• Provide BSA knowledge and guidance to branches and departments.
