Global Credit Union in Flint, MI seeks a BSA/AML Monitoring Analyst I to monitor and investigate suspicious activities under BSA/AML regulations. You will file SARs/CTRs accurately and timely for the Credit Union and CUSOs, reviewing alerts and conducting detailed investigations to support regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure audit-ready documentation, escalate issues as needed, and stay informed on evolving AML trends and regulatory expectations.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations or a related compliance role.
• Demonstrates advanced investigative and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Review alerts and referrals related to SARs and CTRs, triage for FinCEN filings.
• Verify branch CTRs and perform FinCEN e-filing daily.
• Conduct detailed investigations using internal systems and member profiles.
• Draft and complete SARs for regulatory timelines and standards.
• Monitor transactions that meet CTR filing thresholds and maintain supporting documentation.
