Altura Credit Union seeks a BSA Specialist to implement and manage the BSA/AML program. You will review alerts, investigate activity, and file regulatory reports, handling cases from start to finish.

You will collaborate with branches and departments, supporting account openings and due diligence while protecting members from fraud and misuse. The role focuses on earning trust, maintaining confidentiality, and remaining current on BSA/AML requirements and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA/AML, CIP, CDD, OFAC laws and regs.
• Experience with regulatory reporting such as FinCEN and NCUA.
• Ability to document reviews and decisions clearly for leadership and audits.

Responsabilités

• Review and investigate alerts for money laundering, terrorist financing, and related activity; gather information and recommend account actions.
• Prepare and file SARs and CTRs with appropriate documentation and timing.
• Serve as a resource on CIP, CDD and OFAC questions; perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk members.
• Handle inbound requests, process referrals, and coordinate with Fraud and Disputes teams.
