Job summary

TD Bank Group in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking an Audit Manager I to execute audits for assigned business areas and provide subject matter expertise on audits ranging in complexity. Requires undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; CAMS/CIA certifications preferred and BSA/AML domain experience is a plus.

In-office work is strongly preferred; remote candidates outside the TD footprint may be considered.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in audits.
• Preferred certifications: CAMS or CIA.
• Experience in BSA/AML domain is desirable.
• Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits end-to-end for assigned business areas leveraging established standards.
• Lead audit planning, risk assessment and engagement management.
• Perform walkthroughs, test scripts and issue management with documentation.
• Develop Audit Planning Memorandum (APM), Process Risk and Control Matrix (pRCM) and Findings Grid.
• Present objective audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Follow up on open findings and coordinate with owners for remediation.
