Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bank operations and compliance experience with BSA.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring and trend analysis across units to assess BSA/AML program state.
• Support BSA Officer with transaction reviews in Verafin.
• Monitor daily alerts and review CTRs; document customer behavior for due diligence.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA, OFAC, and AML regulations.
• Investigate and escalate potential OFAC or sanctions issues.
• Advise Compliance using independent judgment on policies.
• Perform risk reviews and cash counts across branches; communicate findings.
• Collaborate with departments to test controls and improve processes.
