The BSA Analyst will monitor and analyze bank-wide BSA/AML activities, assist the BSA Officer with transaction reviews in Verafin, and escalate potential violations while collaborating with multiple departments

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of bank operations and compliance experience (BSA).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-starter who meets deadlines independently.
Ability to document concerns accurately and timely.
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze bank-wide BSA/AML activity across multiple units.
Assist the BSA Officer by reviewing transactions in the Verafin system for potential AML concerns.
Review daily alerts, CTRs, and customer due diligence within required timelines.
Maintain knowledge of BSA, OFAC, and related AML regulations.
Collaborate with departments to investigate and document suspicious activity.
