Job summary

Georgia Banking Company is seeking a BSA/AML Analyst to monitor, investigate, and document activity across the bank’s customer base. You will triage alerts in the Verafin platform, perform investigations, and prepare regulatory reports while supporting cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BSA/compliance, strong research and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking experience in BSA/Compliance.
• Experience operating Verafin for BSA/AML monitoring preferred.
• Ability to manage cases end-to-end from alert triage to regulatory reporting.
• Excellent research and deductive skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and investigating alerts in Verafin platform and bank systems.
• Documenting cases and maintaining case files for regulatory purposes.
• Generating BSA regulatory reports as applicable and ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborating across teams to support lines of business with BSA/AML needs.
