Job summary

Texas Gulf Bank in Houston, TX is seeking a BSA Analyst to support the Bank's BSA/AML compliance program through review and monitoring of customer activity, investigations, and regulatory filings.

Under the guidance of the BSA Officer, you will perform due diligence, enhanced due diligence, SAR/CTR filings, and contribute to risk assessment while maintaining confidentiality and working with regulators, auditors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BSA/AML compliance requirements and related banking regulations.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, investigations, due diligence, and SAR/CTR filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with regulators, auditors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the BSA/AML program through review and monitoring of customer activity.
• Investigate potentially suspicious transactions and perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews.
• Assist with the administration of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and related regulatory requirements.
