Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a BSA Analyst II in Houston, TX to perform complex reviews and investigations related to suspicious activity, ensuring compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations.

The role supports the Credit Union’s BSA/AML/OFAC program, monitors member activity, prepares regulatory reports, and ensures adherence to federal and state regulations while upholding member service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or related field OR equivalent work experience
• 3–5 years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance, fraud, or financial services
• Complex investigations and SAR filing experience required
• Credit union or community financial institution experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analytical reviews and investigations related to suspicious activity in compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations
• Support the Credit Union’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program and regulatory reporting
• Monitor member activity, conduct investigations, and prepare regulatory reports while ensuring adherence to federal and state laws
