Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a BSA Analyst II to join our Copperfield headquarters in Houston, TX. The role focuses on reviewing complex activity for compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and supporting the credit union's compliance program.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in BSA/AML and a background in investigations and SAR filings, preferably within credit unions or community financial institutions. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance, fraud, or financial services required.
• Complex investigations and SAR filing required.
• Credit union or community financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor member activity for suspicious activity and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct investigations and prepare regulatory reports.
• Support the Credit Union’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program and regulatory requirements.
