Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak and read in English.
• Basic measurement skills.
• Able to wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automatic press machines and learn brush & abrasive product making skills across departments.
• Learn and follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Potential to move into more advanced manufacturing roles such as set-up technician or maintenance.
