Job summary

Weiler Abrasives Group in Pennsylvania is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to learn our processes and operate semi-automatic press machines. Pay and career growth come as you gain brush and abrasive product making skills across departments.

• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Learn processes and operate semi-automatic press machines.
• Grow skills across brush and abrasive product making in multiple departments.
• Advance to more advanced manufacturing or maintenance roles with experience.
• Participate in training programs and take advantage of internal growth opportunities.

Pay rates for day shift vary based on experience. We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage. You can earn an extra $1.00/hour for each pay period that you attain perfect attendance.

(7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) M-F
