Job summary

Weiler Career Opportunities in Pennsylvania is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to learn our processes and operate semi-automatic press machines. You’ll start by understanding our production steps and gradually grow across brush and abrasive product making across departments.

We provide training and educational support, with opportunities to advance into more senior manufacturing roles such as setup or maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic measurement skills required.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Must wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Pay rates for day shift vary based on experience. We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage. You can earn an extra $1.00/hour for each pay period that you attain perfect attendance.
