Qualifications

• Must hold a current North Carolina Property & Casualty license.
• 5+ years of personal insurance sales experience.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly to clients.
• Proactive, independent worker with community focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend protections.
• Build proposals with marketing and account management teams and manage onboarding.
• Work with carriers to secure quotes and match the right products to clients.
