Job summary

R365hire, a Michelin Guide Award Winning upscale restaurant in Pleasanton, seeks a Brunch Server to join our team. This role requires Saturday and Sunday morning shifts, including holiday weekends, and entails taking and serving food and drinks while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

You will help guests enjoy exceptional experiences, handle wine service, coordinate with the kitchen, and work closely with a friendly service team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Table Service including taking food orders and facilitating wine service.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients and prep times.
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff.
• Collect payments and provide change promptly.
• Work with the service team to ensure a positive guest experience.

We are a Michelin Guide Award Winning upscale restaurant looking for a Brunch Server to join our team! This position will require both Saturday & Sunday morning (including holiday weekends). You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by taking and serving food and drink orders and resolving customer issues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and dining and can share their passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural people person with an eye for the details, who is looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food, wine and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Table Service including -- taking food orders, facilitating wine service (decanting, etc.), anticipate needs of guest.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Work as a team with fellow service staff to ensure a positive experience for our guests

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience, 3 - 5 years serving experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
