Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in environmental due diligence, assessment, remediation, and project management in at least one Great Lakes state.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in geology, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• Experience managing federal or state funded brownfield/redevelopment projects; licensure (PG/PE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental due diligence, assessment, cleanup, and brownfield redevelopment projects with attention to safety and budgets.
• Oversee Phase I/II ESAs, sampling projects, and senior review of deliverables.
• Prepare proposals and grant applications to fund environmental projects.
• Coordinate field investigations and health and safety planning.
• Lead writing and review of technical work plans and reports.
