Fishbeck is seeking a Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager in Farmington Hills, MI to lead multi-year redevelopment efforts with private investment and government grants. The role requires public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and strong coordination across departments, developers, and municipalities.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality across projects, develop safety and compliance plans, and stay current with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or a related field (experience may substitute).
• Certified Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer is a plus.
• Experience with Brownfield redevelopment projects is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Brownfield Redevelopment projects from inception to completion (6–24 months).
• Develop and ensure environmental planning and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and partners to execute collaborative project plans.
• Develop Health and Safety Plans and related project documents.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate exposure pathways for liability protection.
• Prepare and submit required compliance and work plans.
• Ensure EGLE/USEPA program compliance and data quality.
