Tetra Tech is looking for a part-time Administrative Specialist to support our Ohio Brownfield Program. The position is based out of our Cincinnati, Ohio office and would involve providing support on projects across the State of Ohio.
The Administrative Specialist will support our Ohio Brownfield Program with general administrative responsibilities, including operations and communication; contract compliance and record keeping; documentation management; client and stakeholder correspondence; and contract billing and receivables. The role will provide support to the program manager and technical project managers during implementation of various environmental brownfield assessment and remediation projects.

This position requires driving on a regular basis. Passing a motor vehicle record background check and maintaining a valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
Role responsibilities will require occasional project site and client visits up to approximately 10%, which could include overnight travel.
Due to the nature of the role, the candidate needs to be located in Ohio, but remote work in this role is a possibility.

The hourly rate position is $50.00 – $70.00, depending on education, experience, skills, and location.
