Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar expert to maximize sales and deliver premier guest experiences in-store. You will perform waxing, tinting and lash services, while booking appointments and promoting products to guests.

Ideal candidates have esthetics/cosmetology credentials, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brow Bar services such as eyebrow and facial waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage guest flow to maximize sales and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional guest service and build an ongoing client base.
