Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Towson, MD is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to drive guest satisfaction and sales by performing brow and facial waxing, tinting, and makeup applications while guiding guests to the right services. You will greet guests, tailor services to individual needs, and maintain the Brow Bar area to high hygiene and stock standards.

Requires active Cosmetology or Esthetics license, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service to needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments using the store system for initial and return services.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness, stock, and safety standards; follow procedures.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to enhance guest experience.
