Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (The Arch Expert) to help maximize sales and deliver exceptional guest service at our Towson location.

This role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by law, plus a passion for beauty and the ability to perform brow and facial services with a high standard of hygiene. Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where state law applies.
• Strong sales skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar area.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with state board guidelines.
• Collaborate with store team and brand partners on events.
