Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Maryland seeks an Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales and guest satisfaction. You will perform brow and facial services, recommend products, and build lasting guest relationships while adhering to brand standards and state regulations.

You will work closely with the Experience Manager to drive service and retail performance, attend trainings, and maintain exceptional guest service and professionalism in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.
• Proficiency with makeup tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Conduct Brow Bar services including eyebrow waxing, tinting, and lash applications in line with policies.
• Book guest appointments and manage service flow.
• Maintain brand standards, inventory, cleanliness, and compliance.
