Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver outstanding guest experiences in our Brownsburg store. You will perform brow and lash services, makeup applications, and in-store demonstrations while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

As a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, you’ll train with brand partners, build an active guest portfolio, and help drive events and promotions. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology (as required by state law).
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform Brow Bar services: waxing, tinting and related services.
• Book and manage guest appointments and events.
• Maintain hygiene and safety per state guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in trainings and in-store events to promote sales.
