Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, and guiding product selections in-store. This role requires an esthetics or cosmetology license and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

You will build relationships, participate in trainings, and help run Brow Bar operations, ensuring safety and hygiene standards while delivering a premium guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/facial waxing is preferred.
• Ability to operate salon equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for Benefit brand.
• Greet guests and personalize service, recommending products.
• Perform brow and facial services, waxing, tinting.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar schedule.
