Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and makeup services, and driving guest loyalty. The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license where required and a passion for education on beauty trends.

You will support the Experience Manager and collaborate with store teams to deliver exceptional guest service, in-store events, and product demonstrations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used for beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales/service goals for Benefit brand.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Conduct Brow Bar services: waxing, tinting, threading, lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage events using the store system.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and product benefits.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness.
