Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow waxing and related services (eyebrow/facial waxing, tinting).
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar operations.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and store standards.
• Collaborate with store team to grow the business.
