Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a licensed esthetician/c cosmetologist to maximize Brow Bar sales and perform waxing, tinting, and lash services. The Arch Expert will greet guests, assess needs, perform services, and upsell products while maintaining the Brow Bar area and participating in events.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing is preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Conduct brow services including waxing, tinting, threading and lash services as required by the Brow Bar.
• Book and manage appointments; maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and stock; participate in store events and promotions.
