Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, and delivering exceptional service in-store. You will book appointments, demonstrate products, and maintain clean, compliant Brow Bar operations while building relationships with guests and brand partners.

Ideal candidates have an esthetics/cosmetology license, make-up application experience, and a passion for guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where law mandates.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Benefit brand sales and service goals in-store.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow/facial waxing, tweezing, tinting, and related services at the Brow Bar.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant Brow Bar and sales area.
