Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products/services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Conduct brow/ facial services including waxing, tinting, and threading.
• Book and manage guest appointments using the store system.
• Maintain brand standards and store cleanliness.
