Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow/Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, offering makeup and brow services, and guiding product selections. The role requires a current Esthetics or Cosmetology license and a strong focus on guest service and sales in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in makeup applications and waxing, and be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends & holidays, while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license required by state law.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience with makeup application and waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and personalize service to their needs.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tweezing, and tinting.
• Book appointments and manage guest flow using the appointment system.
• Maintain hygiene and compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards.
