Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (The Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver personalized, high-quality brow and facial services. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, waxing, tinting, and lash services, and drive in-store events and promotions.

Responsibilities include using appointment systems, maintaining the Brow Bar, and staying current on trends and product knowledge while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with makeup application and brow/face waxing techniques.
• Familiarity with eyebrow tinting, tweezing, and lash applications.
• Proficiency in using equipment needed to perform technical beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Schedule appointments and maintain Brow Bar area and supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and safety.
